R&S Express Services LLC is a Maryland Motor vehicle Administration certified driver education institution. R&S was founded in 2010 with the intention of becoming a driving school that will be an industry leader and cares for its customers. Our organization prides itself in having some of Maryland's most experienced and patient driver education instructors. Although we are a new driving school, our staff has accumulated over 40 years of combined experience as driver education instructors working for other reputable driving schools. Our Organization and staff have a dedicated goal of improving the safety of vehicle operators and pedestrians in Maryland and surrounding states. As a community based small business we offer quality driver education program at competitive and affordable prices as a way of giving back to the community. What separates us from our competitors is our ability to provide express services without compromising the quality of the program. Evidently, most of the students that have graduated from our program can attest to the fact that we are capable of having all ours students complete the driver education program within a month period. Contrarily, most of our competitors usually need three to four months for the completion of the same program. Unlike other driving schools we will guarantee you a pleasant and memorable experience with our office staff and instructors to making your learning experience easy We offer the Maryland Driver Education Program Package at an Affordable Cost without Compromising the Quality of the Program. Program Summary * 30 hours of in-class sessions * 6 hours of in-car lessons usually scheduled at 2 hours per session. These in-car sessions are done on a one-one-one basis with a certified instructor. Our instructors have the most up to date knowledge on skills test at the MVA (Parallel Parking and Two Point Turn around). We will provide you with daily progress report. These progress reports when shared with mentors will be valuable in the development of the new driver. Mentors are also encouraged to ask about progress report of student as these may assist is getting the new driver the additional help needed. We also offer Private lessons (mentoring driving lessons), and we will beat any competitor prices.
