I drove a hour from dc to get my hair done and I had my niece with me . She has a rule of no kids unless being serviced that I didn’t know about . I was told my niece had to be serviced to stay in the salon. I agreed to get my niece hair done but her assistant told me her hair was too natural.

So I called my sister to pick my niece up . Neish would not curl my hair UNTIL MY NIECE WAS GONE. This is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I felt that Neish could have charged me a penalty fee and told me to never do it again since a drove a hour and was kind of a new customer.

Oh and I forgot to mention she was 20 mins late for my 9 am appointment. Neish is not a nice person and her customer service skills are lacking .
