They never answer the phones nor leave instructions for contact. There's not even an outgoing message. I cannot get clarification to simple questions. Like most bureaucracies, they don't care about the struggling individual (whom they presume to help)! *The one star rating is only because I cannot submit this review without clicking at least one star.

Mr. Joseph Smith I have been trying too reach some one because my room mate can't get there to bring paper , pay stub it was do the 18 Sunday she got there at 330 some one answered would not take pay stub & give receipt please do not close my case she will be there Thursday Thank You GOD BLESS Mr. Smith.
