This is the absolute worse branch - EVER. I now live out of state and wanted to do a name change (marriage) and I was told that it was up to the discretion of the branch. I've been banking here for years, when it was Provident. I was told that I have to come into the branch. I live in WA and must take a plane to MD to do a name change. I was willing to notarize documents but I was repeatedly denied. I only keep this account open so my tenant can deposit his rent. I will be closing this account ASAP. I'm very disappointed.
