General Info

Dr. Yelena Lipnik is originally from Minsk, Belarus, and earned a medical degree from the Minsk Medical Institute in that city. Traveling to the United States in 1994, Dr. Lipnik became first an acting Intern at the VA Medical Center in Washington, D.C, before arriving at Saint Agnes to complete her internship and residency training in Internal Medicine. Dr. Lipnik has been in practicing in Catonsville since 2004 before joining SMG in 2015, where she focuses on management of chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and COPD. Dr. Lipnik is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
