The place is nice and clean but the shuttle service is a joke. I called and requested a shuttle ride for the time 3-3:30pm and was asked if a 2 hour wait was ok. This was after I waited the 30 mins. I also had to call them to find out it would be an additional 2 hour wait.

This place is a big camouflage for what's really going on here. I appreciate the accommodations that are provided with washing our clothes and I understand the cost of all this needs to come out from somewhere. But to charge 60 cents per dry that's not even posted as well the enormous charge that it cost to wash a load is ridiculous to anyone. I'm a middle class, single individual who can afford these prices but why should I or anyone else. I personally feels this establishment is a rip off to many people who can't afford this. Putting $ on their cards I no longer trust, it feels like to me their machines are taking more out then its required to wash/dry. I observe a lot of other customer complaints in ref money lost on card and just the complaints of being too expensive.

I would not use laundry city again because I mistakenly started one of the 8 dollar washers and the manager on duty told me she couldn't credit me my hard earned money back after spending 70 dollars in this establishment. She has taken my number and if I receive no feedback I will call her every day I must say this has angered me and is one reason I rather pay extra gas then to use a black establishment. I love my people dearly but I hate pettiness especially after she admitted she had the power to refund me right then and there!

I absolutely love this place. The owner and staff were there to greet you when you walk in and willing to give a tour of the facility. Not only that but they have free transportation to and from and free dryers with every wash. U can't go wrong here. I've found my new laundry mat.

my first time at laundry city the guy mr.david was very helpful the place was so clean and organized I wish I would've been knew about this place I just moved in the are and I don't think I will be going anywhere else.

I would recommend this laundry to everyone I know. It is clean, roomy and the employees are friendly and helpful. I made this my favorite place to wash clothes. And it is child friendly, which is a plus for the busy mothers.

I visited Laundy City at the advice from my mom, she lives in the area I do not. I needed to wash some large comforters so I went in one evening. I was greeted by a very pleasant man and received a tour from the attendants. The laundry center was SUPER clean and state if the art. Once I was done I loaded my car and was on my way when I realized I had left my wallet there. I called the laundry center and I was pleased to hear that a patron had turned my wallet in to the attendent. That's what I consider superior customer service. Also thanks to the good samaratian.

laundry city is great i go there once a week and never in there long great space for kids so they don't get bored and lots of machines and love the coinless machine

You would not believe how clean this Laundry City is. Customer service is at a all time high. The children's play area is a hit. Keep in mind, this is a coinless operation. No more heavy coins in our pockets. Getting a launry card is so easy. You will love it. Keep up the good work
