The Hotel Monaco Baltimore is one of those properties that have a cosmopolitan and European feel all rolled into one. The B and O Restaurant is like a touch of New York. They have an excellent menu and great happy hour. Their bartenders are some of the best in the city.

Perfect romantic getaway stay, they thought of everything. Be sure to get a room with the Fuji soaking tub, this jet spa tub easily sits two with plenty of room to spare. Lighting had dimmers and various locations to either go dim and relaxing or brightly lit. Spotlessly clean, comfortable seating whether at the desk or easy chair, high ceiling, soft bed, very plush pillows (may want to bring your own or request foam if you need firm). Everyone was very kind, making sure you have everything you could possibly want as well as giving helpful directions since we were new in town. Parking is by valet, which is reasonably priced at $36 overnight, otherwise it's a short walk to a local garage. View of the city while it seemed 'okay' at first really grew on me and found myself frequently looking out at the skyline or the activity below. Quiet room, electronic thermostat, large screen TV, all amenities thoughtfully provided. I could go on, but I think I'll just go and stay again.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the hotel Monaco for three nights. This is an absolutely fabulous hotel. The service was incredible, staff friendly, and the entire hotel is immaculate. It is in a very convenient location, and from the lobby to the beautifully appointed rooms top notch for a very reasonable rate.
