PREDATORY TOWING COMPANY! Companies like this need to be shut down. $350.00 to recover automobile.

If I could give zero, I would. They attempted to tow my car when I returned from doing business in a bank. It was there lot. The driver bumped my car, luckily no damage done. Tried to tow mo car with me in it. He claimed I had been three hours. Last I checked 1/3 turn in the big hand is not 3 hours.

Very un professional and non people friendly. They towed my wife's car from a handicap spot and she has a handicap permit (hip replacement) lastnight someone was in that same spot without a permit and they refused to come out and take a look she had to park around the corner at 12:00 am! Poor services incompetent at best.

Last year, we were towed at our apartment complex. There was no warning sticker any days prior to the tow. The tire had mysteriously gone flat in the middle of the night and was towed away. At first we thought it was stolen because there was no good reason the car should be towed. Wound up costing almost $400 for just one day in their lot. Today we live in another complex about 15 miles away from the last one and guess what happened for the second time on a different car of ours... You guessed it, we were towed by greenwood once again. This time, we were on vacation and we returned to see our car missing. Another mysterious flat tire. I want to file a complaint but I'm sure it'll go unheard.

Something definitely smells fishy at this business, on a few levels. Contemplating an anonymous expos on Greenwood Towing. Some shady stuff going on.. the only reason they get a 1 out of 5 is for not stealing belongings out of my car upon towing it. SCAMMERS and LIARS

To be fair, I dont think any towing service has great ratings if they tow your car. My sister who has parked outside my apartment building on multiple occasions during the night and had never been towed, woke up to an unpleasant surprise early this morning when her car was missing this morning. At first we though it was stolen but no it was towed by Greenwood. We got into a cab and the cab driver told us that a woman who lived in the same apartment building had suddenly been towed the day before. Needless to say, the office was in an unpleasant part of town. It cost 325 dollars of her hard earned money to get her car back. To me, this modern day towing practice just seems wrong. A ticket for improper parking I understand. But moving someone else's possession and then telling them to pay a hefty fine I just dont know. I guess the city and the parking service need money. But towing at 3am? Multiple people park in that area. Bad luck I guess. If u have to meet them, it wont be pleasant.

Vultures. I was towed from a lot that I park in EVERYDAY because I had an 'improperly displayed' permit! If that was not outrage enough, the terrible manners that these folks displayed were beyond the pale. Baltimore City Government claims they want growth, yet companies like this one treat it's visitors like so much left over garbage. Thumbs down!

As a private property owner in the City of Baltimore, I rely on businesses like Greenwood Towing to protect said property from people who think they can park their vehicles anywhere they like. My property is properly signed stating that any unauthorized and non permitted vehicles will be towed. It cant be any simpler than this. If you are not supposed to park there, DONT. It doesnt matter if it is for one second or one hour, if you are not supposed to park there and you do, you will be towed. As far as the general manager Charlie Parrish goes, I have nothing but the utmost respect for him. He is available 24 hours a day for any parking need that I may have and he provides excellent customer service. If you are having problems with people parking where they are not allowed, call Greenwood Towing.

Shady, dirty, flithy, disgusting place! Everyone associated with this place is a criminal. If they tow your car you will be lucky to get it back in one piece. They charge $300, broke a window, and stole everything out of my car (Golf clubs, GPS, sunglasses, and 57 cents in change). I parked at a garage in Harbour East who let's Greenwood in. All of this because my plates were expired by 2 days. Beware!

Very disappointed in the service I received there. I am sure they get thousands of outraged customers each day but that is no reason to treat the next person coming through the door assuming as such. Once your car is towed you are now considered their customer - in simple business practice whenever you are exchanging X for Y ie. in this case three-hundred dollars for your car back you automatically should be treated as you would be as a customer at any other business which provides goods or services for a monetary fee. If I had the time I would look further into their business practices as I feel I was treated with a complete lack of respect; I felt belittled, bullied, treated as uneducated, and taken advantage of. I understand/respect the duty the same way I would respect a ticket from a police officer but just because you are in a position of having someone in your grasp doesn't mean you need to forget the basic kindergarten principle of: "Treat others the way you wish to be treated"
