Negative stars continuation:..... I was stranded without any transportation to get to work. I was not able to spend quality time with family during this holiday season because I was stuck in the house without my car due to Firestones poor quality of work and lack of customer service excellence. This was my colleagues account of her experience with this Firestone. Believe it or not, the situation has worsened. Despite numerous time away from her duties at work on the phone with Firestone Corporate, this Firestone has yet to properly repair her vehicle or provide quality customer service which this corporation supposedly prides itself on. more will follow, in addition to twitter and facebook posts to my nearly 5000 networks of contacts. No one in Baltimore with in the touch of my diverse network will ever do business with this Firestone again.

Negative stars continuation:..... Again, I had to initiate the call to Firestone on 12/27/2014 at 4:30pm. I was told that my cushion pin was damaged by the technician and the part had to be ordered, but that I Firestone would complete the repairs on 12/28 and I would be able to pick up my car. Instead of waiting for someone to call, I went to Firestone to speak in person. Their technician, Lek, advised me that my car would not be ready and that they never should have led me to believe that my car would have been ready at that day, 12/28. Lek informed me that Firestone would compensate me for my inconvenience, and would have a rental car ready for me on 12/29 no later than 8:15 am. Upon arrival at Firestone on 12/29 at the prescribed time I learned that Firestone failed to secure a rental car for me as they had promised. No one stepped up to take responsibility for their error.

Where are the negative stars? My colleague's experience: On 8/2014 I took my car to Firestone to have my rack and pinion replaced. On Christmas Eve 2014, I took my car back to the same location just to find out my rack and pinion was not fixed properly the first time and that it went up again. Firestone told me my car would be fixed and ready for pick up on 12/26 but it was not. I initiated a call to Firestone on 12/26 in the late morning and was informed that they were still waiting on parts, but that a manager was supposed to have called to notify me of the delay. I was given a new completion date of 12/27 and was told that someone would call me no later than 12 noon with status. I never received that call. I called Firestone at 1 pm and was advised my car would be ready by 3:30pm, and that Firestone would call with status. Yet again, Firestone failed to contact me to give an update as to the status of MY vehicle. To be continued......

Really great place. I was treated with respect. I was even allowed to look at what was wrong with my car before i agreed to the repairs. The mechanic drew was more then helpful and really knew his stuff. He informed me on what was a ''need it now'' repair and what could wait. Mike who was the associate that worked on my bill was also very pleasant to deal with. New customer to firestone and ill be back for sure!
