Do not go here if you have small children!!! They 'apparently' have a zero tolerance policy for lateness which is not posted anywhere. My daughter went here once, then had two children back to back. Two years later she made an appointment for a cleaning. In the 2 years since she had visited, the office park had built up so much she had a hard time remembering where the office was and she was 4 minutes late walking in the door after wrangling a toddler and an infant by herself getting them ready, into the car, and out of the car again and having me meet her there so I could watch them while she was in the chair. I know this is a fact because I was on speakerphone with her as she was driving around trying to find the place. They told her she could not get her cleaning now because she was too late. My daughter was in tears and they were completely cold, heartless and unforgiving. My daughter is a teacher and the days she usually has off work to get things done like this during the school year are days that the dentist office is closed as well. I went inside to see if there was anything they could do. They changed their story and told ME they said they would take her but couldn't guarantee they would finish her cleaning. LIE! I was on the phone with her when she went in!!!! There was ONE COUPLE in their entire waiting room but they just could not find it in their hearts to spare those few minutes. She will be going to my dentist from now on who automatically allows a 15 minute 'grace' period for every appointment because they realize we have a life and sometimes things happen. Especially when you are trying to handle a toddler and a 9 month old infant at the same time.
