Honestly I'm incredibly disappointed in the level of service I received. I placed an order through the dominos website at 7:22PM this evening. I received the notification that my order was coming out of the oven at 8:05PM. Around 8:45PM I decided to check the status of the order & call the location. The phone was answered by an AM named Jayla. I asked her the status & she informed me that not only did she not know if it was ready but she didn't know whether I'd even have my order within 45 minutes to an hour. I asked whether or not they planned on notifying me in which she responded "I don't know". I then asked her what the policy was on situations like this because I'm not upset that it's busy I'm upset that there wasn't a phone call or email sent out saying hey sorry about that your delivery has been delayed apologize for the inconvenience especially when at this point it's been almost two hours since I've ordered & apparently I wouldn't be able to expect it until 10. She repeated she didn't know & then stopped speaking. I had to say hello to see if she was still on the line! After that I asked for my money back and for the order to be cancelled. Before we got off the phone I was going to ask if I would receive an email to verify the cancellation of the order but like the cherry on an ice cream sunday she topped off my negative experience with a dial tone and no answer to my question. I can only assume she didn't know as well. If I could rate 0 stars I would.
