I do not recommend this place, at all. I've used their services twice and both times there were miscommunications. The last time I took a vase in that the base had been broken clean in two. Easy glue job, just wanted to make sure it would be waterproof so I came here for an estimate. That person was on vacation, so I left it there for a quote. Really bad idea. The next time I'm contacted, the vase has been fixed, and now I have to pay a ransom to pick it up. I called and explained that I had left it there for a quote and no one had contacted me with that, and the cost to fix it was more than I paid for the vase. The lady on the phone told me that there was no notation that I had just left it for a quote and acted like I was just SOL. I know for a fact that when I left that vase I told them I only wanted a quote. WHO, and I mean WHO does services and has customers who just say go ahead and do the job and let me know how much it is when you're done???? And, oh, charge me whatever you want and assume it's ok with me! The arrogance! My complaint went no where, they weren't even willing to discount their fee for their mistake. They acted like I was lying. All they were out was a little bit of glue. I refused to pay the exorbitant hostage fee, so I'm out a vase. Terrible customer service. Everyone thinking of coming here should be forewarned!
