Bermans, they are the worse car dealer you could ever go to. Please don't make that mistake. They have suit cases against them. The attorney general, MVA investigation, legal aid all have cases against them, because they rip off so many people. They lie to you and those who are investigating them. If you do deal with them make sure you document and record all conversation.. PLEASE record all conversation in person or on the phone. If you don't it will come back and bite you..

Truly one of the worst used car dealers in Baltimore. Very no care type additudes employees, of a car buiness. Advertises some of the most highly polished, high mileage used cars while charging very high percentage dealer financing. Their radio advertisement concerning being such a good used car dealer in Baltimore is nothing but a come-on. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone in seach of a good used car from good use dealer.

Had my brand new, 2013 sports car towed here after being hit. Decided to transfer my car to an autoshop closer to home. Upon transfer myself and receiving body shop noticed my battery had been stolen from my car and my trunk had been gone through including the carpet pulled up and spare tire pulled out. Upon contacting Berman's (although everyone I spoke with was very kind) I was simply told "sorry we don't know who did it." To my knowledge no further action was taken, however, they did mail a battery to the other automotive shop. My car was there only 12 hours, I'm scared to think what may have happened if I left it there longer. Need more trustworthy employees.
