My name is Steff. I have 11 years of experience working with young children. I am going to apply the Montessori Method and techniques to direct and enforce children to learn and behave appropriately. My goals are: 1. To be the best teacher I can be. 2. To ensure the safety of all children during all routines and activities and to be alert and attentive at all times. I constantly make certain the the outside play area as well as the indoor space are safe and secure and that I provide a healthy environment. 3. To provide a safe, healthy and attractive environment for children. I will do that by arranging the classroom to stimulate their learning skills. 4, To provide physical activities that support large and small muscle development. 5. To provide age appropriate activities that encourage curiosity and use of five senses. 6. To support social and emotional development through positive guidance and interactions. 7. To develop caring and sharing partnership with all parents. Communication is provided though newsletters, emails , daily conversations and parent-teacher conferences. 8. To continue to grow as professional and to be a positive role mode.
