Horrible experience! Find somewhere else to repair your techology, I will not be returning. I went in with a phone screen broken. The gentleman at the desk told me it would be $200 and a two week wait for a replacement screen. Okay. Once the phone was returned to me and I paid for it the problems began. First and foremost the replacement screen was used and burnt in. The installer must have used a case of super glue because it was all around the screen. The next day I turn on my phone and see nothing but frozen static... nothing. I go back to the store to complain and the guy said he's going to have to check with the manufacturer to see if there is anything they can do. NOTHING of course. So now I'm out TWO HUNDRED BUCKS and have a phone that is good for nothing. Thats my story. Dont let it. be yours!

Someone paid my phone bill for me for 2 mos in a row, because it was made out to carrier they took both checks but then did not process. Then instead of notifying us that it needed to be made out to their store and not the phone company... they waited until HOLIDAY WEEKEND and shut my phone off. UNACCEPTABLE when I own my own business and was paying the bill and not notified. ALSO... found out you can call and add minutes ON-line and don't have to pay any taxes... JUST the AMT. It takes them about 15 minutes to process every payment and on the phone it took 5 minutes.

The guys there Know what they are doing. Had my phone fixed after being told it can't be fixed by several stores.
