I had a bad experience with this company. Another company had to come today to fix properly what it took this company 3 times to try to fix and still they did not. I was also told that their job had no guarantee because my unit was so old. The company that came today spent at least 2 hours here, advised that I did no need a new unit yet and that their work had guarantee.
I would never use them again.

My furnace went out last night right as I was getting off work at 6 o'clock at night. My wife, who is anemic, told me to try and find someone to come out and take a look at it. I called around for awhile to have someone come out and take a look and unfortunately I was unable to find anyone. I finally had called Jt Dunn Climate Control and spoke with the owner himself. He told me that all of his workers were currently tied up and he didn't think he could get anyone else out at my house at such short notice. I was about to tell that was okay and that I'd call else where when he asked me where I lived. I told him my address and he said the heck with it, he would put his dinner plans on hold and come out to my house himself to take a look at the situation. When he arrived, he quickly fixed the problem and instead of having my pay the original price he asked me to pay ($125.00), he told me I could pay a service fee ($99.00). I was very well pleased with the service, the quality of it all.

It was a breathe of fresh air to deal with this company (no pun intended) . The heating and cooling industry like many others can be plagued with scam artists and ignorant technicians. We were treated fairly and he took the time to explain all of the work that needed done. Thanks.
