There are never enough people working at this store to help you. Nobody seems to know where anything is. There is only one manager there who knows anything and she usually works evenings.

Joanns has a nice selection of all things crafty. Usually customer service is good, but sometimes when you can't find something you are pointed in the general direction and left to fend for yourself. I like this craft/sewing store more than the other companies around town.
