      It has been said many times that all hypnosis is self-hypnosis. I may guide you, but you have to voluntarily do the activities. I can't make you close your eyes, relax or imagine; only you can do that. I'll teach you the steps to hypnotize yourself, it is the most relaxing feeling ever. I had one client say she liked it better than a massage or a glass of wine! You are in control of your steps. Motivation, Belief, Desire, Imagination, Concentration all are key factors for a successful hypnosis session.
