Horrid service, I bought my car there, used, they gave me free oil changes. the oil change was bad, they put a bad filter in, then power washed the engine, ruin sensors, while doing that they broke coolant fittings, and refuse to return my calls. I actually filed a complaint with the BBB and I guess I forgot to mention that I didn't just swing by the local Chevy dealer across the street from a VW dealer to have my oil changed, that they did it for free and every single repair they did caused more problems. if you want to be happy with your purchase or service, DO NOT BUY FROM ELCO CHEVROLET. The service is terrible. Go anywhere else.

I went to Elco Chevrolet to purchase my wife a new vehicle for our growing family. I saw a very well priced GMC Acadia on AutoTrader and decided to call the dealership to make sure it was available. Chris Weaver picked up the call right away and assured me that the vehicle was in stock and that he was available anytime to help. He even emailed me back and forth to confirm the directions and my trade-in. The experience at the dealership was amazing, probably the easiest and quickest vehicle purchase I have ever made. They let me drive the GMC Acadia all the way back to my house in Wentzville to show my wife. Then upon returning they had already processed my trade-in, gave me an excellent price on my Mazda 6i, and had me ready to start financing. Chris was polite and a huge help throughout all of this. The financing portion usually is the worst experience, but Elco Chevrolet completely changed my mind! They were able to run my credit, get me an excellent rate on my auto loan and had me out the door in less than 30 minutes! I will certainly use Elco Chevrolet again and will also refer my customers to them. As someone that works in the insurance / auto industry, I'm glad to see there are excellent salespeople like Chris still out there.

We bought a used Chevrolet Silverado in 03/10. The salesman was very nice and courteous. We felt that we go a very good price on our truck. We purchased the GM extended bumper to bumper warranty. We were told by the finance person that this warranty was the exact same as that of a brand new vehicle. No out of pocket expense. WRONG!!! This is correct for the power train warranty, but there is a $100 deductible for everything else. We feel like the man was dishonest, as we asked him specific questions, and he repeatedly told us that there would be no out of pocket expense. So....I'm just saying.....

ELCO Chevrolet is a wonderful Chevrolet dealership. The sales people are courteous and friendly. ELCO will go above and beyond to make sure the customer gets the best deal possible. ELCO's service department is also an A-1 operation. The service advisors and technicians take extra care to make sure the customers vehicle is repaired correctly the first time.
