I have been taking my motor home to Mike for years. He looks it all over to make sure I don't have any problems with anything. They don't tell me I need something until I really do. They explain everything they are doing and check with me while they are doing it. Mike is a very honest person. And, so is Eric that did my work last week. I have never had anything to complain about after leaving there shop. And, it's a place where a single woman can go and not be taken! They don't try to do more then is necessary.

I have been in search of an honest repair shop in the Ballston area and I think I have found it. I went in knowing what was wrong with my truck, and they told me the same. Gave me a fair price, and were polite through the process. I recommend giving them a shot ..

My experience with Ballston lake auto was not pleasant I was estimated a price of $400 dollars for a hitch to be installed i told them I needed it in a hurry so they notified me saying they could do it that week with a $250 deposit it was not till a week and half this appointment was secure finally getting the car in I was told 3 hours tops for the car to be finished due to the wrong part 9 hours later I get my car back and I'm staring at a bill for $548 asking why it was so high the correct part was a lot more then expected and they had neglected to inform me at all paying my bill the guy I gave my money too reached into his wallet and gave me change out of his own pocket I don't refer this place to anybody after what I went threw if it was not for the deposit I would have take my car else where

I agree with all the other reviews. I find Mike and his crew very helpful and they don't try to do work that isn't needed. Good hours also.

Mike is the most honest Repair shop owner i have ever dealt with, promp , reliable & fair. No suprises! Mechanics are friendly & deliver as promised. No need to look further!

By far, the best shop I have ever been to. Most honest, reliable service. They have such a sense of integrity, you NEVER have to question any repairs they say are needed. The car is always ready when they say it will be, too, and they are polite and fairly priced. Will never bring my car anywhere else!!!!

I have taken my car to Mike for it's regular service for years. I have found the "large" costly repair bills have gone away with the regular maintenance that he performs. The shop is clean, in fact cleaner than my own garage at home. His employees care about me as if they too are owners. I give it 5 stars and would recommend this repair shop to others.
