Just switched services. So far the customer service has been friendly and helpful. The price has saved our family a little money monthly, every little bit helps. Prompt delivery of new trash can and early pick up with no slamming down or throwing around the empty trash can. Thank you Cycle Works! Hope no surprise up charges, other service had 2 price increases in 8 months, one was a large fuel surcharge????? gas is going down!

I appreciate Cycle Works Sanitation. They do an excellent job emptying the garbage bin, never leave it in the street or drop garbage as they empty my can. They arrive early in the morning and have been very responsive when I call them in the office. The ladies in the office are very customer oriented, friendly and helpful and professional.

They are great! Always run in timely manner. Always update us if they are off schedule for any reason. Never have had any negative issues w/ them and we’ve had them for several years.
