      General Info
      Rick Iannuzzo began training in the martial arts in 1972 and started teaching in 1975. He has experience in Kenpo, kung fu, kickboxing, weapons, self-defense, boxing, Muay Thai and grappling. In 1979 he achieved the rank of 1st degree black and has since achieved the rank of 7th degree master instructor. Throughout his career, he has won over 700 awards and titles in several areas including kata, weapons, sparring, and full contact kickboxing throughout the East coast and Canada. In 1990 Rick opened Iannuzzo’s Karate School and had fulfilled his passion for teaching by developing programs that help his students reach their martial arts goals. He is a pioneer in kardio kickboxing, a fitness class that combines aerobic exercise, karate and work on the heavy bags
