ICA Wood Projects company, located at 5136 Heinz St. Baldwin Park, CA 91706 owner Israel Catellanos ripped off my 86-year-old mother. He never finish installing her cabinets in her kitchen, bathroom and pantry. My mother does not have a functioning Kitchen and bathroom since June 26, 2017 He continues to lie to my family makes up all kinds of excuses why he can't finish the cabinets. My family has filed a lawsuit as of September 11, 2017 ICA Wood Projects owner Israel Catellanos I do not recommend him to install any kind of woodwork in anybody's home he is a disgusting individual he has no integrity! he told my family he can't finish the project in my mom's Kitchen, Bathroom and Pantry. We asked him to refund all of my mother money of $4,350 back to her, he refuses and claims that he doesn't have the money to refund her money back to her. He is a Joke He has No Morals, No Integrity VERY VERY DISHONEST ( He is not a licensed contractor )

BEWARE , BEWARE OF THE ICA WOOD PROJECTS ISRAEL THE OWNER IS A LIAR AND TAKES YOUR MONEY AND DOEN'T COMPLETE THE WORK. HE TOOK $4350 DEPOSIT AND WILL NOT RETURN IT. HE DOESN'T RETURN CALLS, EMAILS AND WILL SHOW UP WHEN HE WANTS TO, WILL KEEP YOU WAITING WITHOUT EVEN CALLING YOU TO RESCHDULE. TOLD US 4 WEEKS TO COMPLETE ITS BEEN 16 WEEKS WITH NO END IN SIGHT. THE JOB WAS TO BE KITCHEN AND BATH CABINETS, NOW WE HAVE NO KITCHEN OR BATH VANITY.IT'S AWFUL WE JUST CANT BELIEVE IT.
