This is a great place to go. To sweat, lose weight and inches. When I leave this place after a workout I KNOW I got my monies worth !! I have been to many gyms that don't even come close this workout. The yoga is very relaxing and your muscles get worked out with out you knowing.I'm excited for the new classes coming next month .
