Ive been a paying customer with Mediacom for 7 months now. Only had service for about 5 months. After about 2 months with no internet, I went to the local office and waited for 45 min to talk to the one secretary after she got off a personal phone call. Then found out they were doing some upgrade with the cables. She claimed they gave me 10 extra T.V. channels to make up for the loss, which happened to be 5 duplicate channels. Still I own a computer business and cannot go without internet service. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!
