Peachtree SENIOR living - is NOT senior living. There are only 2 things that are senior- a walk in shower (no handrails, only slippery tile) and the tore up swing lift for the pool, it is only used for children to play on. Rules apply to only certain ones, others don't have rules at all, but will gladly take pics and turn in those who do. Garbage such as trash bags, banana peels, apple cores and "spit" left in hallways and elevators. Children DO live on premises, the office will let them know where and how great the schools are, they ride bikes/scooters in the hallways, play football over vehicles in the parking lot, but DO NOT report them because "children do not live there" and it WILL come back to bite the reporter. It is well known that the office will say-"do not to put it on the lease", they "don't know anything about it". The only rental break is for those on section 8. This is NOT a great, safe, or respectful place for seniors.
