The primary focus of JIK Associates is write Affirmative Action Plans (AAPs) for companies that have Federal Government contracts. We also provide consulting services to help contractors keep required support data for the AAPs. Lastly we provide support For clients when the US Department of Laborâ??s OFCCP investigates them for compliance with these regulations.
