      We had another moving company booked to help us load our moving truck so we could move out of state the next day. However, our original movers never showed up. They had the wrong date down. We were panicked because we were on a tight time schedule to get to our next home in Idaho. We called Smooth Move on a whim to see if they could send anyone last minute. They came through for us! The lady that answered the phone was so professional and friendly. She said she'd call the boss and call us back in a few minutes with an answer. 5 minutes later she called us with great news! They would be sending two guys in 30 minutes!! We were thrilled. Jesse and Bert showed up for us and were so professional and did a fantastic job. They were so cautious with our belongings and master packed our truck to the brim.
