This place is terrible!!! To start with its disgustingly dirty, and most of the staff needs to be re educated on procedures and how to take care of patients, my Dad was set here by Memorial Hospitol after a knee replacement surgery, the first day without seeing a doctor or physical therapist they left him struggle to the bathroom with little to no help, after he got back in his bed his feet were solid black with crud from the floor, when I went in to check the bathroom there was an open container sitting on the sink full of urine, and trash on the floor. The next time they emptied my Dad's urinal hanging on his walker they took it and dumped it in the toilet and brought it back with a small amount of urine still in the container and hung it back on his walker and got pee all on the walker and floor next to the bed,( there cleaning staff is a joke) ...we went and picked my Dad up on the 3rd morning at 2am after a nurse came in and asked him what was the medication she was suppose to give him for his pain? I would never put anyone In this place, and I feel sorry for the patients that are in here that don't have family that can stick up for there rights or protest how this place operates or how dirty it is there!

Since the changing of the director this facility is amazing! Clean, friendly and knowledgable. Our mom is now full on hospice care and we are at her bedside 24/7. They have been so accommodating its brought me to tears. They let us sleep in a bed next to her, bring us a cart with refreshments, feed us..all while keeping momma very comfortable. It's never easy watching a loved one pass on but the Lifehouse staff hass allowed our family to experience it in the loving way we desire. Thank you Lifehouse for all you are doing!

A very poor rating,service for my mother was very bad rosewood. It was a very beautiful place took great care of my mother. Don't ever put your love one in this facility.
