I have also handled fatal work-place accident cases as a trial attorney for the U.S. Department of Labor, as well as fatal workplace accidents in the worker's compensation system. I was also a Special Assistant United States Attorney, an honor that most federal attorneys never receive, while working at the U.S. Small Business Administration.
