Around the clock payee program has been a good experience for my loved one. I appreciate their professionalism as well as knowledge in managing people's social security funds. The always make sure my loved one is never without and they try to bargain with vendors for the client's well being. I appreciate that. I have seen what the staff deals with and they always handle every situation with grace. The girls seem really fun and they always offer an open ear. I whole heartedly recommend them if you are looking for great service!

going tobe filing another complaint here it is october 31 and I have not recieved the last 355 dollars of my check, wish they would get their business together

Unprofessional, rude, they don't care about their clients. Don't sign up with them had a longer review but it was to long so I shorten to that

at the risk of infuriating my esteemed colleagues, I have not had the same experience at all in fact around the clock handles the business end of my rent and gas and electric bills. they are very patient and they understand that they are important to their very many clients... in fact if it weren't for the other two reviews I wouldn't have had a problem at all signing my money into their more than capable hands.

Coming from someone who is still with their program sadly they are very rude I have sat in their office pretty every Monday of every month and year that I've been their what I have seen them do is unjust . I've requested a certain amount at the first of every month and they give me less the request and if you need to ask them anything they just hand your money and tell you goodbye . And their are people that live in motels and when the people that they have staying at motels come to request money they only tell them that they can not have enough money to stay for how ever long their stay is . And I have actually had extra money that has gone in thin air with them once so I ask how come all my p m I money was gone and all they said was that they can give me a print out witch doesn't tell me anything and plus I have been trying since last year to get a new phone and I don't have the money in hand and all they want is for me to buy the phone first then they would reinburse me . I honestly believe they should be put out of bussness and who ever gave them a star shoulda not done that

The WORST! Totally unprofessional... I would not recommend this payee program to NO ONE! 'This business deserves half a star.
