I will NOT be returning to this office ever!! My son is deaf and needed a eye exam done. I made an appointment which took over a month to get into their office. We arrive for our appointment which I had made for both of my children. The doctor takes us back and he states, how will I give your son an eye test if he's deaf??!! I then told him that I would interpret in sign language to my son so we could communicate during the exam. The doctor from that point on was so rude!! He was NOT patient when I was interpreting and acting like it was taking too much time. Then we waited 6 weeks to get my children's glasses in to pick up. The office staff were not helpful or professional. The girl on the phone was very rude and acted like she didn't want to look into why it was taking so long to get our order of glasses in. My family and I will not return to this doctor's office. I will tell everyone I know about my experience here! Working with special children takes extra time but, don't be rude!!

I have been going here for 3 years and never had any trouble like described in the prior. They have always been very nice and helpful, and really made an effort to resolve a payment issue we had.

IWorst service ever! The doctor was rude and rushing me plus the front desk so unprofessional, unorganized and rude. They hardly ever answer the phones and never return calls. Their office is always locked during business hours with all the employees inside just staring at us standing out there like idiots waiting on them. Overall experience was awful!!
