The size of the gym is what I like best. You recognize and get to know the people you work out next to.

The best thing I like about Fitness 19 is that is has all the services I look for in a gym at an affordable rate. The staff is helpful and friendly and the hours are exactly what fit my working-mom schedule.

I went in December 2008 to cancel my membership because I was not using the facility. I told the guy there that I was already excercising at work on my lunch hour and wanted to cancel it. He convince me that I should freeze it, he froze my membership two months, he dated it for 2/28/09, I received a call from the manager she said that the date had been changed to 2/15/09 because the billing was on that day. I went in 2/19/09 and complain to them that it had been taken out of my account, I still had till the 28th to cancel, she reminded me that she had called me to change the date. I was furious and I sign the cancellation, so I had I guess another month of dues due. If that guy would of just let me cancel when I wanted to I wouldn't been so upset, they took out a total of $74.00 out of my checking account and they enjoyed the fact that they screw me up. The manager Tracy needs to be told that she needs to acquire better people skills because she is very rude. The facility is run by very unprofessional personnel, they have no skills in training, they hire and fire people left and right. The facility stinks because its too small, people are sweating and the air conditioning is worthless and it makes the place smell.
