Started in 1909, Dewar's Fine Candies is a candy and confectionery retail store. It's awesome that you have Deware's , but the past three times we've gotten a 1/2 gallon it is barely frozen. Once it was so soft I never even removed it from the freezer, & another got the Sherbert & it not being super frozen was OK being Sherbert, but Ice Cream & Ice Milk need to be Frozen.
The candy is so good but t cost to much to ship
I really loved it! i took my best friend there for his birthday. We had a great time and the two ladies that greeted at the door are outstanding. Great customer service and their banana splits were mmmm delicious. Bought some Taffy their and comes to find out my friends uncle used to work their a long time ago. If you are planning a day trip head out to Dewar's candy shop on EYE street in Bakersfield!
