Owner of this company is a bitch and seemed money hungry to offer a ammount then get upset cus we were looking for money to borrow from people ,gave us a time to get the money and he left before the time he gave us. Unprofessional and uptite bitches. If i could give 0 stars thats what they would of got

Driver with the license plate LLBLING drives horribly. Encountered him on Union Hwy. He was driving in and out of the lanes and driving insanely fast. He was also tailgating and attempting to take the red lights because they weren't turning green fast enough for him. Didnt do business with them, and I definitely won't now after seeing them drive so recklessly.

This company falls under the accurate definition of predatory towing! There is just to much to list .... the attitude of the so called driver / owner. Who filed his business with the state under his wife Elizabeth Tellez . It’s obvious neither understand how to treat people who fall victim to these greedy selfish car Jackers! I guess I’d have a hard time looking in the eyes of someone who’s grocery getter . I just took from them for parking in a spot that had apparently signage that was covered up by a trash can. ... awful rude people here at Chino’s towing !!

Super quick pick up. Price was very reasonable. Driver was very polite and fast. And bonus points for honking for the toddlers. Made their day. :)

The operator was sympathetic, even though he probably hears 20 of these types of calls each day. They had a driver available, and he met me within 20 minutes or so. Jr was great - really nice, quick, a total professional, and a ray of sunshine in an otherwise tough day.

This is a really good towing company! I've had to use them twice, they are very helpful and nice. They came earlier than they said they would (Very uncommon!) The guy was very very helpful. Overall good experience.

I would never use this service.they claim to be open 24 hours but when I called they said they weren't doing tows. I called the next day and talked to chino and he said he don't have to get out of bed and tow cars cuz he has money. Now I call quality towing
