I depend heavily on my desktop computer. It just stopped working one day, and I was devastated. I had no recommendation, so I opened my Yellow Pages book, and my angels led me to Bakersfield Bytes. BB's owner, Temo Lopez, showed up at my apartment when he said he would and told me my hard drive was dying. He took my computer with him and saved my data onto another computer. When I was not satisfied with the speed of that computer, he swapped it out for a better one. I was upset and testy, but Temo remained cheerful and courteous at all times. He drove back and forth from his shop to my apartment (50 miles one way) three times but only charged me for one. I needed a new monitor, so Temo did the shopping for me and brought a new flat screen to my door. My new (used) computer works great. He saved all my data, fixed the virus in one of my programs, configured my e-mail for me and generally saved my life! He charged me bare minimum and worked with me on payments because I'm 70 years old and on social security. AND, he took my old monitor (big, bulky one) plus another old tower (off of which he will extract the data and then mail it to me on disks) and properly dispose of them for me. WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND! This is a wonderful man with a big heart and loads of talent. Best of all, he's HONEST. I hit the jackpot!

My Stepdaughter's laptop had a problem with recharging, and one of the hinges was broken. Bakersfield Bytes showed up at her house to pickup her laptop. They fixed these problems quickly and at a low price. I am very pleased with their outstanding service.
