Very very poor service I ordered shirts for my sons all star 3 months prior to game and never got a phone call I had to go without I was very upset and the owner could care less

I had bad experience dealing with my daughters varsity jacket here. We went in on a Sat to order the jacket and dealt with a someone who seemed to know what he was doing. She wanted the school logo on the back and we were showed two options. The one she wanted was done all in white and looked terriable. We said if it looked like the example we didn't want it. We were told it was just an example and it would be done filled in the the proper colors. When we picked it up it was wrong and we questioned it. The guy told us the counter person we dealt with origanaly just covered for that day and he was in charge and the jacket was the way it was. We wanted it redone without the logo and chose to have a last name put on it. When we picker it up the lettering on the back was wavey and looked pulled out of shape and he refused to refund the difference from the original embroidery on the first jacket, $70, because he was going to lose money on the deal.
