My rug was an authentic persian rug that I paid around $6000 for and the fringes needed to be repaired or replaced. Ali advised me the best thing to do, gave me an estimate, and completed the repair and cleaning as promised. Ali told me "Throwing out a rug that only needs repairs or cleaning is like junking a car, because it needs new tires." I though that was a good quote. If you nice rugs, then trust Ali with the cleaning and repairs.
