I had Ted Hebert send one of their guys to pump my septic tank out and he took advantage of my wife and overcharged her $95 to clear the lid of the septic tank. It's totally unacceptable and I highly advise trying a different plumbing company before you try Ted Hebert out of Baker, Baton Rouge, Louisiana. See my $95 hole in the attached picture. Make an informed decision. Try someone else even if it means waiting 1-2 weeks...
