5-Star rating equals a class act! Mr. David and his staff truly care about their customers and are always prompt! The day before my wife was due home from a stay in the hospital, I came home and found my outside unit humming. Thanks to Mr. David and the Spectrum staff, I had a new unit in place that afternoon and the house was cool for the return of my wife...all because they care! I will always be thankful to Mr. David for his compassion and understanding of my situation. A loyal customer forever!

My experience with Spectrum was unlike any other. The guys did a great job! They all showed up on time, put down drop cloths to protect my carpet, were pleasent and were even nice to my dogs. The air conditioner is working great and we are very happy with it. Great job!
