I love this post office! The staff is always friendly and helpful, even when they're busy. There's not usually much of a wait and they're very kid-friendly. I frequently need to send packages overseas and the staff has been able to answer my questions about international shipping or else they are happy to look up the answer for me. I couldn't ask for better service!

This post office provides the worst service of any post office I have ever encountered. We have been residents on Bainbridge Island for over 20 years. Long lines to pick up packages at almost any time of day, they use to have a pickup window for packages but closed it for known reason. We just dread someone sending us a package during the holidays or on special occasions. Junk mail and unwanted magazines is a problem and I know the postal service makes their money on bulk mailings, but there should be a recycle bin for that. Instead the postmaster has taken away the table in the lobby where everyone used to sort out junk mail and then taped shut the trash bins so you can't dispose of junk mail. How did Bainbridge Island end up with this post master?? He should be sent to somewhere in Alaska where he could pursue his petty policies without causing so much grief.
