      Amelia Wynn Winery Bistro is the off site tasting room for Amelia Wynn Winery. It also is a Bistro offering a variety of plates including vegan with an emphasis on food pairing with it’s national award winning wines. Owner - wine maker Paul Bianchi, in his 22nd year of wine making, has teamed up with Chef Gulsidel Ayala to offer a farm to table cuisine with an emphasis on fresh local produce and procured proteins, with an emphasis on Iberian Cuisine.Amelia Wynn Winery Bistro is the off site tasting room for Amelia Wynn Winery.
