Very unprofessional! Yelled and screamed on the phone after he charged my account three times in te same month! When I returned my keys and said I would be moving out of the facility he claimed I didn't return them. I also had to bring canceled checks that he cashed as proof I had paid because he keeps such poor records. He also used unprofessional language and overall acted like an idiot! I would never have anyone rent from him.
