Don't buy a Habitech home. I did, and every winter I and a number of my neighbors experience ice dams that cause water to leak into our units and cause extensive damage. From interior walls, exterior walls, between the walls, the basement......... Habitech is not interested in solving this problem. I have had water damage EVERY winter I have had the misfortune to live in my Habitech home, as have my neighbors.

DO NOT BUY A CONDO HERE! These condos were not built or insulated properly, so every winter about 20% of us have ice dams form that cause water to leak into our units. The builder, HABITECH, is not interested in solving this problem long-term. I have lived here 3 winters, I've had water damage every year. So has my next-door neighbor, and others. AVOID. (I would award negative stars if that was possible)
