Life saver! Broke down while moving across the country with my family just prior to Memorial Day weekend. Numerous other locations would not even consider looking at my car for at least another week. Sone looked at it the same day and got the part from one of those locations. He dedicated his own personal time to replace the clutch on my 2012 Jeep at no additional charge. My family and I were back on the road less than 48 hours after the initial breakdown. His professionalism and dedication are above reproach. I only wish there was an option for more than 5 stars.

We are so disappointed with Sone. He did a couple of repairs on my car so we thought we could trust him. We talked to him about a shake in the engine. He said we needed to replace the engine and transmission mounts. We trusted our car with him again and paid him $1100 (he likes cash) for that repair and for 60k mile service. The car still had a "shake" in the engine when we picked it up. He said it still needed one more mount replaced and that he would order the part and call us when it was in. He said he wouldn't charge us for it since we had just spent so much money with him. He must have been feeling guilty. I was really disappointed that my car wasn't driving any better so we took it to Wilhelm since we had a bad feeling about the interaction with Sone. Wilhelm confirmed that the mounts were not replaced. They fixed the car properly and provided us with the old mounts. I contacted Sone and provided him with pictures and documentation to show that he did not complete the repair. He never responded. I would not trust him with your car. I'll be filing a report with the BBB and Attorney General's office.
