DO NOT GO HERE THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING AND WILL WASTE YOUR TIME, IF THEY DON'T RIP YOU OFF FIRST. SO I got a recal notice in the mail to repair the cooling fans. I called and made an appt like the notice said. When I got there a lady named Kim helped me. I gave her the paper that I got in the mail that had my name on it. She couldn't pull my name up so she pulled up the vin# on my car and said it was registered under someone elses name. which was very surprising and alarming. Then after clicking around on her computer I asked her whose name was on it and she read back to me, MY NAME! and said "oh that is your name I'm sorry". Then she clicked around some more and said "let me go see if we have your part in stock". So while me and my mom were sitting there the 2 other service guys at the desk right next to us were talking about another customer. One who had brought his truck in and paid $1000 to fix something previously and had brought it back the while we were there and they gave him another bill for $1500 and the customer was upset because he thought the $1000 he had already paid should at least be put towards that invoice and the service guy bragged to his supervisor "I'm sorry I don't know the answer to that". and they both started laughing about how they were going to make this poor guy pay this. Then Kim comes back and tells me they are going to have to order the part and that it should be there in 3-5 business days and she would give me a call when it came in. A week and a half go by and no phone call. I call AVONDALE Dodge again and the service guy can't pull up my name, again, and doesn't see a part ordered under my name either. So he told me he would check with good ol Kim to see if she ordered it under her name and would give me a call back. That was 4 DAYS AGO. Today I decided to say screw the BS with dodge I will call Avondale Chrysler to see if I have better luck there. When I called to make the appt, Brian checked to see if they had the part while I was on the phone before scheduling an appt. He also said he would put it aside for me and scheduled an appt for me the next day at 9am. THANK YOU BRIAN at AVONDALE CHRYSLER! I won't EVER go back to Avondale Dodge. This was my 2nd bad experience dealing with them. The first time they charged me $400 to make new keys for my car that my 1 year old lost. Thanks aholes! :o)

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRMSTANCES EVER TAKE YOUR DODGE HERE TO BE FIXED!! Avondale Dodge will lie to you, cheat and steal from you! I brought my 2005 Dodge Ram to their service department because it was lacking power and having trouble shifting. They insisted I needed to rebuild the transmission for $3,200. I took it to Aamco for a second opinion and they fixed it in 15 minutes. The only thing that was wrong was a hose clamp and blown off the turbo!! I will be glad to send anyone who wants to email me the work orders proving this is a true story! Only go to Avondale Dodge if you want to pay thousands and thousands of dollars extra!

We went to Avondale because they were one of the biggest and I hated the experience I had at the "No Bull" dealership. The process did take two trips but we were never promised anything that they did not deliver. Overall they have been to date one of the best we have delt with, they are GREAT!!! I would reccomend them to to all of my friends and family.
