Terrible service. They don't care that I have to wait all day for a delivery. When I asked them to narrow it down for me they refused. When I said I won't use them any more, she said fine and hung up. Their customers mean nothing And if we mean so little to them why are they in business??

Horrible service when I ordered a arrangement. Tried working there for Mother's Day and they lost six checks and I still have yet to be paid so filed a claim threw collections. The owner is extremely rude and looks like a sloppy version of the tgi Fridays chef and wears open toe sandals

Horrible service!I ordered a mothers day arrangement. At about 10AM I called the store and they could not find my order in their computer. Then I get told they were going to call me because the vase I chose online was not available. I told them to just deliver it as its a mothers day gift. Then they say it might not be until later, and would not give me any idea when. How do you go out to dinner for mothers day if you have to wait for this?...to make it worse, THEY DID NOT DELIVER IT! Everyone is sleeping now and its been a ruined day thanks to them. I cannot get in touch with anyone at the store, their phone goes to a message then hangs up on you! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE HORRIBLE STORE!
