So ridiculous! They mail me a coupon with there name and address on it and then don’t want to take it. She says, It’s an old coupon! I say, it doesn’t have an expiration date on it. Ok she says with total attitude, next time we won’t take it. I say ok, next time don’t mail out coupons with no expiration date and next time I’ll just go to Red Dragon. Seriously every time I come here these older ladies are so unfriendly and act like you bringing your business into their establishment is burdening them. Compliments to the men and the cooks who know how to give good food and good customer service. After 6 years of faithfully going, referring, and bringing friends and family to China City, I’m done! So sad but done

The food is good, but be sure you get your immunizations updated before using the restrooms. They have by far the dirtiest rest facilities in any local restaurant. Yuck.

Best Chinese buffet that I have found in the Phoenix area. Great selection of good food and good service. We first visited China City Super Buffet in December 2013. We plan on visiting on a regular basis in the future. Good price's too.

My wife, son and I ate at this restaurant. The food was horrible. I had the spit out the red snapper, clams, and even the fortune cookie. The pork and the beef was hard and room temperature. The only thing I found edible was the sauteed mushrooms. My son tried the orange chicken, bread and french fries. Each item only got one bite before was passed to the end of the table for pick up. for us to eat this Saturday evening, our check was just under $40 and we all left hungry. We had told to server that the food was bad and every plate she took was still full of food. She just responded with "OK sorry" and quickly left our table. Will never attempt to eat here again.

At first food was great, service was decent, bathrooms were clean, now food looks like yesterdays leftovers,service was like you're living a nightmare (waiters name is Eason/Easton by the way) I was afraid to ask for refills, he would throws silverware, straws on table & was easily bothered when requesting an item, all the crew just giggle when I complained of how bad service was, & the bathrooms? let's just say I had to hold it until I got home because whew wee! Don't eat somewhere where you're gonna pay to get bad service, go somewhere where you'll be content at the end of your meal that you made the right choice to dine there. Happy Eatings:)
