We made three appointments with them and they did not keep any of them, and they only called on the first one. We re-scheduled at their convenience twice: no show and no call. When we called them they wanted to put it off to the next week. The office said they didn't know anything about our appointments. They were a complete failure in our case. I would not try them again.

I want to thank you for the quality staff you have. When I called this a.m. Rebecca was very nice & scheduled an appointment. Roberta called to see if it was ok if they came around 3pm. They made me feel that I was important, & not just another "old lady".Dennis came to my house to see my problem..I am so impressed with his caring, knowledge, helping me out & his ability to communicate in a manner that I could understand. He was sure that things in the house with AC & condesation would be ok until Monday when a new unit will be put in. (I was a nurse & don't understand about AC.) He was wonderful ~!!!!I thank you for your assistance & the way you helped me out. I know why my husband called you a few years ago. I know why I purchased the a/c a few moments ago. You have a class act and very professional employees in your business.I also think Autumns Ad is really special and adorable.Thank you again for making this very difficult situation somewhat easier.Sincerly,Millicent R

This is to praise these two techs for their hard work and customer service skills.I called your company last Friday (my daughter found your number in her Christian business directory) and Don and James came out that day to diagnose the problem. They thoroughly explained the malfunction and my options, ordered a new unit and returned yesterday to install. Don even trimmed the bushes in the side yard so they could get to the old unit!From the start, I felt confident Don and James were competent and that they wouldn't take advantage of me.Mr. Nepa, Don and James are not only assets to the company, they are certainly heads above other HVAC/R techs I've dealt with in the past. I think they deserve a raise or at least your public acknowledgement of their hard technical and customer soft skills.Sincerely~Flora M.

I recently called Autumn Air for the maintenance on my air conditioning units. I wanted it done before the real hot weather set in. I had them at my home one time previously and was very pleased with their efficiency in installing a new fan motor. James arrived at my home at the time I was told to expect him which was a big plus for me since many companies do not show up within the "window of time" given. He was very professional and courteous in doing his job.I would recommend Autumn Air and James to any one in need of air conditioning repair. He is an asset to Autumn Air and to Josh, the owner of Autumn Air. Josh is also an exception as he continues to check to make sure his workers have arrived and have performed the service.We all complain about poor service but often do not express appreciation of good service and we just wanted to get this on record. This is Carol K again. This time I want to tell you about what a good service agent you have in James. He gave me his card at the door which was impressive to me and introduced himself. He did a very fine job of fixing the problem. He was very friendly and just as nice as he could be. He explained the whole problem to me any my husband (on the phone), and also what could happen in the future. A very fine asset to your company. Thank you for letting me boost about your men. My name is Caro K. and one of your fin young men came to my aid today and it was Brandon. He came to work on my Air conditioner that had stopped working...He was very good and very pleasant and very thourough. My kirby vacuume cleaner was setting out and he happened to mention he used to work for the company. This was after he finished the work on the air conditioner. I asked him if he could help me with a problem and he did. He was like an answer to a prayer. I won't soon forget this fine young man, and you should be proud to have him aboard. It only took an extra minute for him to show me how to put the head back on the machine. He taught me a rime so I won't forget again. Bless him and your company for sending him. Our AC went out Sunday afternoon. Because I have a maintenance agreement with Autumn Air I calledfor service. I called @ about 1:00pm ad was told that there were 4 service call ahead of mine, I did hold out much hope that we would have air conditioning before Monday or Tuesday and began making arrangements for somewhere to stay, last night. YOU CAME THROUGH, Brandon arrived about 5:30 and within a couple of hours my AC was up and running. Whew!! Brandon displayed the knowledge and skills to quickly identify the problem and had the part on his truck to afect the repair. My wife and I are very grateful for the fast and quick repair on a Sunday afternoon. Many Thanks~Tim W.

Autumn Air is the best bang for your buck. Period. My family and I swear by them. My folks live in Pebble Creek and had a total of 4 contractors come out and do estimates on their home to have their a/c replaced. 2 of the contractors showed up late. 3 out of the 4 recommended systems that would not even fit in our attic. (unless you peeled the roof off, and cut every truss and had a crane lower the beast in from above. Let me say this Autumn Air was not the cheapest, however my folks are smart and realize you can't get "great" and "cheap" in the same breath. The workmanship and customer service was top notch. The installer (Donald) knew with precise detail exactly the layout of the plans and executed them like a real pro. The whole process took about 5 hours and they even put us up in a hotel room for the 3 days we had to wait until they had time in their schedule. I guess everyone else in town uses them as well. Joshua the owner of Autumn Air , even stopped by with waters for the men!

Donald with Autumn A/C came out at close to 11 at night to fix our a/c , my husband is ill and wouldn't have been able to make it through the night with our house sweltering past 92 degrees. This repairman was knowledgeable and prompt. We called 4 companys only two returned our calls and the other wanted $200 for the service call, Autumns was a 3rd of that, and they had us fixed up and running in less than an hour. We would recommend them to anyone, they even called the following day just to make sure we were alright and comfortable, you don`t see that kind of commitment anymore. The gentlemen even wore gloves and booties , he said he did that because he respected our belongings, I could almost cry. Thank You Donald and Autumn Air.Lorretta Califut

These guys are top notch, they were at my sisters house last week, afteranother company told her that her unit was un-repairable. Autumn Air came out for a free second opinion and fixed it for less than 70 dollars. I wish all companys were this honest. They have earned her business for life and mine too.

I have just recently used Autumn Air, and they were INCREDIBLE to say the least. First off they communicated very well, and were extremely punctual. The technician arrived clean, neat appearance, with an ID badge. He was very knowledgable and he explained everything in plain english. They got me up and running in less than an hour , and their prices were really fair, especially considering a budget based on retirement. I would recommend them to others in my community and anyone else that wants a GOOD , HONEST, REPUTABLE company to respond to their AC needs.Millie MSun City West, AZ
