I went to Sensational Styles because I heard such good things about the salon. When I went in for a hair cut I had the opposite experience, the stylist tried to talk me out of everything I had asked for, I stood the whole time for my cut and before she was half way through the other staff were prompting her that her next customer was waiting, I also stood while she cut my hair. I left with about a quarter inch trim. I have never called and complained or written a review before, I don't typically complain about bad service at all. But after the service I called to explain what had happened and the manager was rather short with me, saying she wouldn't refund my money (which I wasn't asking for) and said she guarantees satisfaction and would recut my hair, but it had to be done within a week, and pretty much only worked in her schedule two different time slots, which due to my work schedule didn't work for me. It was a very uncomfortable experience and I would never go back.

The Staff is so professional & Friendly, what a great experience it is to go there.
